Terms of Delivery

At SATORI, we take great care to ensure that every order arrives safely and beautifully packaged. Our logistics partners in Finland handle each shipment with precision, reflecting the same calm and quality that define our products.

1. Ordering

Orders can be placed directly through our online store by adding items to your shopping cart and completing the payment through our secure online payment service. For assistance, you can contact our customer service: service@satori.online. Corporate and B2B customers are kindly asked to place orders by email.

2. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver from Finland to EU countries. If you wish to order to another country, please contact us at service@satori.online and we’ll be happy to help.

3. Delivery Methods & Pricing

All SATORI products are shipped from Finland and delivered directly to your doorstep.If delivery cannot be completed, you will receive a notice and can collect your parcel from the nearest service point.

4.Delivery Time

Each SATORI piece is crafted with care. If the product is in stock, it will be dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment. If the product is made to order, please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production before shipping. Once dispatched, the estimated transit times are: Finland: 2–5 business days EU countries: 5–10 business days Outside the EU: up to 14 business days (by request) Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, production schedule, and destination.

5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number. You can track your parcel online through our logistics partner’s website.  

6. Packaging & Sustainability

All SATORI products are packed with natural and recyclable materials whenever possible.We avoid plastic wherever feasible and use FSC-certified cardboard and paper. Each shipment reflects our commitment to sustainability and the quiet luxury philosophy that defines SATORI.  

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us within 48 hours at service@satori.online. We will investigate with our carrier and ensure a suitable replacement or refund. 8. Additional Information All prices include Finnish VAT (24%). Delivery fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and order weight/size.

Returns & Exchanges

At SATORI, every product is created with care and intention. We hope you will love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we make returns simple, transparent, and respectful of both you and our planet.

1. Before You Return

If you are uncertain about a product — for example, the size of a tray, tone of wood, or finish — please contact us before placing your order. We are happy to guide you so you can make the right choice: service@satori.online

2. Return Window

You may return any eligible product within 14 days of receiving your order. To start a return, please email service@satori.online with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address in Finland.

3. Eligibility

Returned items must:

  1. Be unused, uninstalled, and unwashed
  2. Be in their original condition and packaging
  3. Include all original labels, inserts, and accessories

If the returned product shows signs of use, installation, or damage, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount from your refund.

4. Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Opened personal care, fragrance, or textile products
  • Final sale or sample sale items (clearly marked on the product page)

5. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery (including photos, if possible).

SATORI will:

  • Cover all return shipping costs
  • Offer a replacement, repair, or full refund

We aim to resolve all such cases quickly and with care.

6. Change of Mind or Size

If you have simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size or model:

  • You may return the product within 14 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping is at your expense.
  • Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

7. Refunds

When your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
  • Refunds are made in the same currency and payment method used for the original order.

8. Return Address

All returns are handled through our Finnish logistics hub. The correct return address will be provided after your return request has been approved.

How to Return

Receive confirmation:

You will receive return authorization and instructions.

Pack carefully:

Use the original packaging and protect the item securely.

Ship the parcel:

Send your return to the Finnish return address provided, using a tracked shipping method.Please keep the receipt until your refund has been confirmed.
