These Terms apply to all visitors and customers of the SATORI online store (satori.online).

2. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include Finnish VAT (24%), unless otherwise stated.
Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received.
We use secure and trusted online payment providers to process all transactions. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and authorized.
3. Delivery
All orders are shipped from Finland using certified logistics partners.

Please note that production times for made-to-order products may extend overall lead time.
4. Returns & Exchanges

Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

SATORI is not responsible for indirect damages, loss of profits, delays, or other losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural events, transport disruptions, or supplier delays.
Our liability shall not exceed the total value of the product purchased.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland and the applicable regulations of the European Union.
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved primarily through negotiation. If no settlement is reached, disputes shall be handled by the District Court of Helsinki, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.
